Vehicle Description
This Mustang started life as a true 1968 Mustang Fastback R-code
CJ428. A California car, solid and rust-free, it's powered by its
date-correct 428 Cobra Jet engine mated to a T5 heavy-duty 5-speed
manual transmission with a hydraulic clutch. Meticulously built,
the engine features roller rockers, aluminum heads and intake, and
a COMP cam. Finished in DuPont 1968 black with gray stripes, it had
a complete no-expense-spared rotisserie build from stem to stern.
It is equipped with TCI front suspension, Wilwood 4-wheel disc
brakes, electronic exhaust with cutouts, custom aluminum radiator,
dual electronic cooling fans and Doug's headers. It also has a 9"
rear end, rack & pinion steering with a, MSD ignition, Quick Fuel
750 carburetor, fans, roll bar and rear battery with shutoff.
Interior features include a custom center console, custom seats and
walnut tilt steering wheel.
